Hi! My name is Alexandria Brennan, but you can call me Alex. Now that you mention it, you can call me most anything you like, as long as it's nice. (I mean, I guess you could limit your vocabulary with four letter words, but if you're going to insult me please at least try to be creative.)
I am a 22 year-old college graduate with a Creative Writing and Music degree. I'm not sure what I'm going to do now, but I guess that's part of life's journey. These steps could take me to success or failure but only time can tell which one I'll experience. I'm always listening and observing because learning is my first love, (along with reading and writing.)
This blog is a place where I share my thoughts with you on topics that inspire me, infuriate me, excite me, encourage me, and make me think. Sometimes, you'll even get to experience some of my creative content. Like the title says, I'm going back to the basic to try to remember why I like the things I like, what makes me tick and what reminds me that even a lightning storm can sometimes be the best source of inspiration.
I hope you enjoy this blog as much as I will. Oh, and please join the conversation. It's no fun if I write for people that never let their presences known.
